On Thursday, 11 June 2026, from 14:30 to 16:30 CET, the MASTERY project will take part in the online event “Talent Factory and Microcredentials: Attracting, Retaining and Making Skills Visible”, organised in collaboration with the COVE EXCEED project.
The event will bring together European experts and practitioners to discuss how talent attraction strategies and microcredentials can contribute to making skills more visible, transferable and relevant for today’s labour market.
Among the speakers, the event will feature representatives from CIS, Centoform, SDA Bocconi School of Management, EfVET, Sistemi Formativi Confindustria and the MASTERY project.
MASTERY will be presented as a good practice example through two dedicated sessions:
“The MASTERY project: transferable microcredentials for making skills visible”, by Paola Previdi and Ivana Russiello, Sistemi Formativi Confindustria.
“From the MASTERY pilot to practice: lessons learned and development paths in the use of microcredentials”, by Francesca Sorbi and Giovanni Pede, CIS.
The event will be held online in English.
