Discover the MASTERY Online Courses

The MASTERY Academy offers a set of 12 online training courses designed to support learners, professionals, trainers, companies and organisations in developing the green skills needed for the transition towards more sustainable and circular economy models.

Developed within the European project MASTERY – Micro-credentials Empowering Sustainable Skills, these courses focus on EQF levels 4 to 6 and address both sector-specific and transversal green skills. The training pathways are connected to the project’s 12 Enabling Green Skills, identified as key competencies for supporting sustainable innovation, circular business models and the green transition across sectors such as manufacturing, construction, agri-food, wood and furniture.

Through the MASTERY Academy, learners can access flexible online learning materials, practical resources and assessment activities aimed at making green skills more visible, transparent and recognisable. The courses are designed to help participants apply sustainability principles in real professional contexts and act as agents of change in their organisations and communities.

The full catalogue includes courses on topics such as circular design, waste reduction, sustainable procurement, environmental legislation, sustainability reporting, green certifications, sustainable investment and joint sustainability initiatives. The platform currently presents the 12 GS courses, with dedicated course pages and learning pathways.
