On 10 February 2026, the MASTERY Project was presented during the event “Transition in Action: Skills and Opportunities for a Sustainable Future” held in Sofia, featured in the session “Initiatives for Building Green and Digital Skills – Promotion of MASTERY Piloting.”
The session highlighted the project’s approach to supporting workforce upskilling through innovative micro-credential frameworks aligned with Europe’s green and digital transitions.
During the presentation, attendees were introduced to several key developments within the project, including:
- The launch of the MASTERY training platform and micro-credential system
- The planned piloting of three micro-credential courses in Bulgaria for 30 participants between April and June 2026
- The establishment of national expert groups to support implementation
- The development and validation of national-level recommendations for micro-credential adoption and integration
The event provided an opportunity to present how MASTERY contributes to building a scalable and flexible model for skills recognition—supporting individuals in adapting to changing labour market demands while enabling organisations and education providers to modernise training pathways.
