For the third consecutive year, the MASTERY project is proud to take part in Erasmus Days, the European celebration of Erasmus+ projects and their contribution to education, training, cooperation and innovation across Europe.
As part of Erasmus Days 2026, MASTERY presents the video “Greening the Future: MASTERY Micro-credentials for Sustainable Skills”, a short promotional piece highlighting the role of micro-credentials in supporting green skills, vocational education and employability.
The video brings together voices from the MASTERY community, including VET providers, learners and company representatives involved in the project’s pilot activities. Through their experiences, it shows how short, flexible and practice-oriented learning opportunities can help learners and professionals develop skills linked to sustainability, circular economy, resource efficiency and the green transition.
Participation in Erasmus Days is especially relevant for MASTERY, as it offers an opportunity to share the project’s results with a wider European audience and to show how Erasmus+ cooperation can respond to current skills needs in industry and vocational education. After three years of participation, MASTERY continues to use this initiative to give visibility to its results, connect with stakeholders and promote the value of lifelong learning.
The video also underlines the importance of micro-credentials at EQF levels 5–6 as a practical tool to bridge education and labour market needs. By offering targeted training in key sustainability areas, MASTERY supports VET providers, companies and learners in adapting to the green transformation of industry.
Through this activity, MASTERY reaffirms its commitment to promoting sustainable skills, strengthening vocational education and contributing to a greener future for European industry.
