Participate in the MASTERY project: share your insights on green skills and knowledge needs

We are excited to invite you to participate in the EU-funded Erasmus+ MASTERY Project. Your valuable insights will help us improve our research on green skills and knowledge needs within organizations.

The MASTERY Project aims to boost green job opportunities by recognizing micro-credentials that enable upskilling and reskilling pathways. According to the Council of the European Union (2022):

«Micro-credentials certify the learning outcomes of short-term learning experiences, for example a short course or training. They offer a flexible, targeted way to help people develop the knowledge, skills, and competences they need for their personal and professional development.»

By promoting the use of micro-credentials to upskill and reskill workers and foster the green transition, the MASTERY Project will provide faster responses to skills needs and will enhance flexible qualification and training according to European trends.

If you belong to an SME or organization from one of the five sectors targeted by the MASTERY project (agri-food, manufacturing, construction, wood/furniture and sustainability management), your feedback is incredibly valuable to us, as it will serve as the basis for selecting priorities to design the micro-credential system. We would greatly appreciate your participation by June 30th, 2024.
