Our newsletter #3 is now available! In this edition, we look back at the fourth project meeting held in Turku, Finland, where partners gathered to advance the development of green skills and micro-credentials. Hosted by the Pyhäjärvi Institute, the meeting included valuable insights from WinNova and HKFoods Oyj on the feasibility and acceptance of micro-credentials in practice.
In this newsletter, we share two key documents:
📌 “Micro-Credential Solutions to Boost the Green Skills Match for Industry” is the result of the project’s initial research phase, identifying the skills and knowledge required across the four sectors involved and laying the foundation for micro-credentials that respond to evolving needs and support the green transition.
📌 “Co-creation of Micro-credentials Policy Methodology” provides practical guidance for ecosystem actors on how to apply, develop and deliver micro-credentials in education systems. Built on the feedback of policy co-creation groups in five EU countries, it sets out a governance model and eight shared visions for making micro-credentials a key instrument for lifelong learning and employability.
Through these efforts, MASTERY continues to connect industry, education and policy, shaping the future of reskilling and upskilling in support of Europe’s green and digital transition.
