Green skills, training and organisational resilience: evidence from Europe

Researchers from the Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna di Pisa, partner of MASTERY project, have recently published a new article in Business Strategy and the Environment:

Exploring the Role of Green Training on Organizational Resilience: A Multisectoral European Analysis

The study shows how green training, as a key element of Green Human Resource Management, contributes to:

  • improving the internal green working climate,
  • enhancing firms’ environmental performance,
  • strengthening green reputation,
  • building long-term organisational resilience in the context of the green and digital transition.

These findings are fully aligned with the objectives of the MASTERY project, which promotes the development of green skills and reliable micro-credentials to help close the green skills gap across Europe.

Green transition starts with people and with lifelong learning.
